Directions to our Minneapolis Office

FOR ALL CLIENTS: Take the elevators to the skyway level, proceed to the 150 Tower elevator banks, and take the elevator to the 14th floor. We are in Suite 1490. Bring your parking ticket with you and we will validate your parking.

Minneapolis via northbound 35W:

Exit on Eleventh Street South, proceed to Marquette Avenue, make a right turn, proceed to our building which is just past the light rail line on Fifth Street South, make a right turn into our underground parking area. In the alternative, you may make a right turn onto Fourth Street South, and another right turn onto Second Avenue South, and a right turn into our underground parking area.

Minneapolis via southbound 35W:

Take the Washington Avenue exit, make a right turn onto Washington Avenue, proceed to Second Avenue South, make a left turn onto Second Avenue South and proceed to halfway between Fourth Street South and Fifth Street South, and make a right turn into our underground parking area. In the alternative, you may make a right turn onto Fifth Street, and another right turn onto Marquette Avenue, and a right turn into our underground parking area to enter from the opposite side of the building.

Minneapolis via Central Avenue:

Proceed into downtown on Central Avenue via the Third Avenue bridge, make a right at 1st Street South, then a left at Second Avenue, proceed to halfway between Fourth Street South and Fifth Street South, and make a right turn into our underground parking area. In the alternative, you may make a right turn onto Fifth Street, and another right turn onto Marquette Avenue, and a right turn into our underground parking area to enter from the opposite side of the building.

Minneapolis via eastbound 94:

Exit on Eleventh Street South, proceed to Marquette Avenue, make a right turn, proceed to our building which is just past the light rail line on Fifth Street South, make a right turn into our underground parking area. In the alternative, you may make a right turn onto Fifth Street, and another right turn onto Marquette Avenue, and a right turn into our underground parking area to enter from the opposite side of the building.

Minneapolis via eastbound 394:

Exit on 4th Street, continue on 4th Street to Second Avenue South, make a right turn on Second Avenue South, proceed halfway up the block to Fifth Street South, make a right turn into our underground parking area. In the alternative, you may make a right turn onto Fifth Street, and another right turn onto Marquette Avenue, and a right turn into our underground parking area to enter from the opposite side of the building.
